Study & Work in Japan Program
A complete path from study to work, connecting you with Japanese schools and employers.

Program Overview
This program supports your study and work journey in Japan, from your first application to your first day. We arrange your housing and your training. You can work part-time, up to 40 hours a week.
Required Application Documents:
- Copy of the Birth Certificate (officially attested)
- Copy of Passport (all pages)
- Relationship Certificate (to indicate the relationship between the applicant and the financial sponsor)
- Proof of Japanese Language Training (Record of learning Japanese Language in Bangladesh: Hours, Course Contents, Certificates etc.)
- Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets
- Job Experience Certificates (if any)
- Financial Sponsor's Documents: Work Certificate, Income and Savings Certificate, and Bank Statement (most recent, issued by the bank)
- Financial Sponsor's Guarantee Letter (With signature of the Guarantor)
- The School's Application Form for Admission, Financial Sponsor's Guarantee Letter (With signature of the Guarantor) and Curriculum Vitae of Applicant.

How It Works
How We Work
Prepare Documents
Prepare all required application documents and submit to Sadiatec.
Submit to School
Sadiatec submits your documents to the selected Japanese language school.
Immigration Review
The school submits documents to Japan Immigration for review.
Immigration Decision
Japan Immigration notifies the school of the application result.
Certificate of Eligibility
On approval, the school receives the Certificate of Eligibility.
Transfer Tuition Fee
The applicant transfers the required tuition funds to the school.
Receive Certificate
The school sends the Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant.
Book Flight
Book a one-way ticket to Japan (booking only — pay after visa approval).
Visa Interview
Attend visa interview at the Japanese Embassy with certificate and flight booking.
Visa Approval
Obtain the student visa; confirm and pay for the flight ticket.
Arrival in Japan
Sadiatec staff meets you at the airport and escorts you to pre-arranged accommodation.
Begin Student Life
You begin your new student life in Japan.
Japanese Language Course
To improve your chances in school and in part-time work, we strongly recommend our Japanese language course.

Curriculum
– Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji (300 alpbabets).– Japanese greetings and expressions.– Basic Japanese Lessons (from assigned text book).
Learning Materials
– Minna No Nihongo 1 (Main Text Book)– Various Audiovisual CDs and DVDs (Japanese Clips, Movies etc.)
Course Duration
– 350 Hours (3-days a week).– Close Friday & National Holidays.
