Sadiatec is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to work at our factory in Omitama City, Ibaraki. This position requires no prior experience; we provide up to one full year of direct, on-site training to help you become a certified technical specialist or a future factory leader.

The expected annual salary for this role is between ¥3.0 million and ¥4.0 million, plus two yearly bonuses. The work schedule is from 08:00 to 16:55, with either a fixed day shift or a 2-shift weekly rotation and minimal overtime.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and inspecting press machines, cranes, robots, and welding systems, as well as setting up welding robot parameters and creating PLC programs. You will also collaborate in small teams to quickly resolve machine breakdowns.
